LONG ROUTE:

118KM & 649M of climbing

LONG COURSE IS A COMPETITION: Only the finishers of the 118km long course are eligible for category rankings and Overall and Podium awards. If you want to race and be ranked in your category, you must complete the long course. Top 10% of finishers in each age groups qualify for the Racer Corral at every GFNY World event.

We start with two lanes and a  fully closed road through the Rose hall area of Montego Bay and must face the challenge of the headwinds before we turn to the shoreline for a ride directly by the sea with breathtaking scenery. We make a loop at the historic town of Falmouth as we head  back west and then we have a turn inland through the residential areas of Coral Gardens and Ironshore. We do this route twice and then come in for the exciting closed road double lane finish at the Whitter Village.
